David is a member of the Credit & Investments Committee and provides guidance on a range of credit and legal issues. David began his career as a solicitor in 1971 and is a former partner of Rennick & Gaynor Solicitors. David has been involved in the provision of mortgage loan investments for most of his legal career.
David is married with four adult children. He remains extremely fit and enjoys the racing industry and football.

Geoff is responsible for the day to day operations of Principled Mortgage Investments Ltd. Geoff has worked as a public accountant and is a former partner of Rennick & Gaynor Solicitors. He currently provides consulting services to a range of Mortgage and Credit Industry businesses, including acting as an expert witness on the Mortgage Fund industry. Geoff has been heavily involved in industry organisations (for mortgage funds and with CPA Australia) and has been a director of a listed Community Bank.
Geoff is married with three children and enjoys the cricket season as much as the AFL season.

Juliann has extensive experience in the accounting and finance fields. She has also provided corporate secretarial, management and governance consulting services over many years, and is currently a non-executive Director on the boards of public and listed companies.
Juliann is married with two adult children and is heavily involved in community organisations.

John is a corporate lawyer and advisor and was the former member of the Victorian Parliament for the seat of Hawthorn. John’s legal experience covers a wide range of areas, and he write a regular column for a major newspaper on public interest and governance topics.
John is married with three children and continues his advocacy for his local community.
